The Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Department at Boston Children's Hospital is one of the busiest pediatric orthopedic practices in the country. We care for pediatric, adolescent and young adult patients with all types of orthopedic conditions — from broken bones to sports-related injuries and complex disorders — from around the globe, across the U.S. and New England.

- Parking and directions: Parking services at the Boston Children’s Main Campus buildings on Longwood Avenue in Boston include a Patient and Family Garage with a sky bridge to our main entrance on 300 Longwood Avenue. We also offer valet parking 24 hours a day.
