New Protocol Application Instructions
Investigators requesting permission to conduct research involving human subjects within or outside Children's Hospital must submit an application to the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
All submissions are electronic through CHeRP IRB. Once in CHeRP IRB, you will be able to select the type of application you need and begin the process .

Additional Reviews
Depending on your protocol, additional reviews may be required. CHeRP IRB will automatically route the electronic submission to the appropriate offices for their approval and sign off if necessary, however you may want to contact them before and during the IRB review process.
