Update your information
Boston Children's Hospital patients can update their address, insurance information, and primary care provider on the MyChildren's Patient Portal.
Change address
- Log in to the MyChildren's Patient Portal.
- Select account from the menu.
- Then select my contact information.
- Update your address under contact information.
Update insurance information
- Log in to the MyChildren's Patient Portal.
- Select billing from the menu.
- Then select insurance summary.
- Update your insurance on file.
Submit referral information
- Log in to the MyChildren's Patient Portal.
- Select messages from the menu.
- Then select non-medical messages.
- Send referral information to your care team.

Change patient or guarantor name
- Complete the form with the updated information.
- Submit the information for review.
- Expect two business days to update your record.
