Reprogramming of Regulatory T cells to Promote Immune Tolerance:

The focus of the study will be to dissect the mechanisms underlying the Treg destabilization/degeneration progresses through a stepwise and reversible fashion. More specifically, the research focuses on IL2R signaling pathway and Foxp1 transcription factor to maintain Treg cell function and identity in absence of Foxp3 and Treg metabolism dynamics under inflammatory conditions.
