Welcome to Hyde Park Pediatrics!
To register your child and schedule your first visit, we require a copy of your child's complete medical record. A complete medical record should include immunizations, growth charts, and all previous primary care and specialty notes. Please contact your previous pediatrician's office to request that your complete medical record be transferred to us.
Once you are registered here, please update your insurance with the name of your new primary care physician BEFORE your first office visit.
We take a wide variety of commercial health insurance plans. If you are not sure whether we take your insurance, you can call our billing department at 617-361-1470 Ext. 115.

To your first visit
- Please bring your insurance card. It is helpful to bring it to every visit.
- Co-payments are due at the time of the visit. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, and Visa
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the registration paperwork.
