Preeti Mokka

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, I came to Boston and completed my Bachelor of Science degree at Boston University in 2008. In 2014, I graduated from New England College of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry. I completed a Residency in Pediatric Optometry June 2015 and trained in various pediatric focused eye care settings throughout the Boston area including Tufts Medical Center Department of Pediatric Ophthalmology, New England Eye Institute at Perkins School for the Blind, and Dimock Community Health Center. My clinical interests include comprehensive pediatric eye care, evaluation of strabismus and amblyopia, contact lens fittings, vision therapy, and care for individuals with disabilities. Other interests include teaching students in a clinical setting, participating in research at Boston Children’s Hospital and involvement in various public health services in the Boston Area for both pediatric and adult populations.

In my spare time I enjoy taking dance classes, yoga and cooking.
