We have generated a novel database of mutations that affect brain and/or blood serotonin output in rodents. This was possible through searches of the PubMed, Jackson Laboratory, and OMIM databases. In each case, serotonin was characterized slightly differently, so the original publications need to be referred in order to obtain more information. The list is not complete, due to intrinsic limitations of search. Additions and corrections to the database are welcome.
