Clinic appointments
The Roya Kabuki Program’s core providers (genetics and neuropsychology) hold clinic on the following days:
- new patients on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month for 120-minute visits
- returning patients on Mondays for 60-minute visits
If you are seeing additional specialties, we will do our best to schedule appointments as close together as possible. If you have questions regarding scheduling for a Roya Kabuki Program clinic appointment, please call us at 857-218-5254.
Insurance and referrals
Many insurance companies require a referral from your primary care or other current providers prior to receiving treatment at Boston Children’s Hospital. Please fax all referrals to 617-730-4718. We will also need to receive up-to-date medical records prior to scheduling any visits.
If you have additional questions regarding insurance and other financial matters, our amazing representatives in the Patient Resources Center would be happy to help. You can find common information and answers to frequently asked questions here, or reach out directly via phone at 617-355-3397.
International patients
For families residing outside of the United States, please contact Boston Children's Global Services. It can facilitate the medical review of patient records, help with appointment scheduling, and assist with customs and immigration, transportation, and hotel and housing accommodations.
