After medical school, she returned to Massachusetts, where she completed her pediatric residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Dor joined Wayland Pediatrics after graduating from residency in 2015. Her clinical interests include newborn and breast-feeding medicine, preventative care, and adolescent medicine.

As a pediatrician, I have the unique privilege of taking care of both children and their families. As a parent, I believe in joint decision making between parents and their pediatrician, to ensure the best care for their child. Guiding families through the newborn period, tackling toddlerhood, and navigating the ups and downs of adolescence are what I enjoy most about being a pediatrician.
