I love being a pediatrician because it allows me to be a scientist and to be with, learn from and help children. I cherish the close relationships formed over time with families and patients and enjoy the problem solving challenges in medicine.

I strive to work with patients and families, as a team, to optimize the physical, social and emotional health of the infant, child, teen and young adult.
