We now offer online appointment booking for Urgent visits and Well visits via Mychart!
(Not all appointments are available via MyChart, so please call the office if you are unable to book online).
MyChart allows you to:
- Schedule urgent care and well visit appointments
- Schedule COVID-19 vaccine (age 6 months to 5 years only)
- Schedule annual flu shots
- Request medication refills
- Message directly with your primary care provider
- Pay bills online
- Print patient forms and paperwork
- Access your child’s vaccine records, visit notes, and health history, and more!

How to log into MyChart:
Using a smartphone
- Download MyChart app (Android, iPhone)
- Select “PPOC,” (Preferred Physicians of Children’s), as service area
- Login with username and password
Using a computer
- Go to https://childrenshospital.org/alliance/practices/chestnut-hill-pediatrics/mychart

- Open emailed link to access main MyChart login page
- Select “Sign Up Now”
- Input activation code, your date of birth, zip code, and email address
- Choose username, password, and security question
