Our office is contracted with most of the major insurance companies in the area with a few exceptions. It is very important that you be familiar with your insurance benefits. If you are not familiar with your benefits, please contact your insurance company to obtain a member's handbook. it is your responsibility to know what your insurance company does and does not cover. Our billing department is available to you in any way that they can with insurance issues.
Billing
If we are contracted with your insurance company, we will bill them directly. Any claims that are denied or applied to your deductible are payable within 30 days. If payment in full cannot be made at this time, please contact the billing department immediately to arrange a specific payment plan. Non-urgent care will not be provided to patients whose accounts are delinquent.
