Hours
We are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, we offer sick visits on an as-needed basis in the morning. For an appointment, contact the on-call doctor. After hours, there is always a physician to speak to with emergent questions or concerns.

Public transportation
Take the MBTA Red Line to Harvard Square Station. Transfer to bus # 74 or # 78, either bus will stop at the Sancta Maria bus stop. We are door #4 in the Sancta Maria Nursing Facility.
From Boston
Take Storrow Drive West. Follow the signs for Route 2 West to Fresh Pond Parkway. Follow Fresh Pond Parkway through several sets of lights. At the first rotary bear left, at the 2nd rotary go ¾ around and exit onto Concord Avenue. Follow Concord Avenue and Sancta Maria is on the right. We are door #4 in the Sancta Maria facility.
From the west
Take Route 2 East to Route 60/Pleasant Street exit. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Pleasant Street. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Brighton Street. Follow Brighton Street through one set of traffic lights, over the railroad tracks and at the 2nd set of traffic lights turn left onto Concord Avenue. The entrance to Sancta Maria is on the immediate left. We are door #4 in the Sancta Maria facility.
From the north or south
Take Interstate 95 (also know as Route 128) to Route 2 East and follow the "from the west" directions.
Parking
There is free parking available in the Santa Maria facility, just outside door #4.
