For over 40 years our practice has been serving the medical needs of newborns to college-age children and their families who live in the greater Lexington community. We are glad that you are interested in learning more about us and in entrusting your family's health to us.

Monthly information sessions

Lexington Pediatrics offers free monthly group meetings for expectant parents and others considering joining our practice. You will meet one of our doctors and one of our nurse practitioners, and learn about our practice philosophy, office hours, telephone access, and other practical matters. We also provide anticipatory guidance for your baby's first few months and answer questions about newborn health issues: breastfeeding, sleep, circumcision, immunizations, and sick visits.

This is a great opportunity to visit our office; the group setting allows for lively discussions.  Please call the our office for upcoming dates and to sign up.

How to register a new patient

To register your child as a new patient, you can call our office (choose option 2 and then option 2 again) or you can use our online New Patient Registration form*. We'll need your contact information, insurance, and immunization history before we can book your first appointment. There are policies as well as other information we will need you to review and sign at your first visit.

Transferring your records to us

Also, please note that since we now use electronic medical records, we will only utilize and scan pertinent parts of your previous records. If you send us previous records by mail, please click on the record release form on our forms page, review, print, complete, and forward this form with your records.

Your privacy

The privacy of your medical records is very important to us. You will be given our privacy policy and HIPAA rules at your first visit, please review and sign to understand our shared responsibilities.
