Appointments

Well child checks

We schedule patients for their well child checks by appointment only. Please call the appointment line for your respective office and you will be given an appointment with your child's primary care provider. A parent or guardian must accompany any child under 18 years of age.

Sick appointments

** Note: Our walk-in hour from Monday through Friday is currently suspended due to COVID-19. **

Walk-in: At 8:30 a.m. Monday to Friday, we have walk-in appointments for acute care. This refers to children who have started with a recent illness, such as a sore throat or ear pain. As we try to treat several patients during this time period, chronic or more seriously ill children will need to schedule an appointment for after walk-in by calling the appropriate appointment line. This one hour time is based on a first-come, first-serve policy. It is suggested to arrive early to ensure an open time slot for your child. When this time period is filled, we will schedule your child into the next available appointment of the day.

Sick/urgent appointments: For medical advice (triage) and sick/urgent appointments, call the office where your child is normally seen and press option 1. These appointments are scheduled on a next available basis in order to allow for accessibility for all patients who need to be seen that day. We also strive to establish continuity of care when scheduling appointments, so patients and families can feel a personal connection to our providers.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call the appointment line. We ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice so that another child may use that appointment time.
